Workplace recovery

Sustained output requires
scheduled recovery.

RESET15™ is the fifteen minutes that makes the rest possible. A short, live reset embedded into the working week — designed for teams that cannot afford to slow down, but cannot sustain continuous output without pause.

The problem

High-load work demands continuous output. The body was not designed for it.

Constant meetings, back-to-back decisions, and shrinking recovery windows mean focus erodes gradually across the day. Most teams are running on empty by early afternoon — without ever identifying why.

The conventional responses add effort rather than reduce load. They ask something of the employee at the moment they have least to give.

  • Wellbeing apps that require a decision to open them
  • One-off workshops with no lasting rhythm
  • EAP services invisible until crisis point
  • Programmes that demand belief, sign-up, or follow-through
The evidence
I
Controlled breathing directly activates the parasympathetic nervous system, measurably reducing cortisol and improving heart rate variability. The effect begins within minutes of practice.
Cali et al. (2024). The A52 Breath Method: A Narrative Review. PMC / National Library of Medicine. 465 articles screened.
II
Brief, structured rest intervals significantly reduce fatigue and restore vigour during high-demand work. The mechanism is physiological — not motivational.
Albulescu et al. (2022). Give me a break: A systematic review and meta-analysis. PLOS One. N = 2,335 across 22 studies.
III
Scheduled behaviours consistently outperform motivation-dependent ones. Removing the decision to act is what changes the outcome — not willpower.
Gollwitzer & Sheeran (2006). Implementation intentions and goal achievement. Advances in Experimental Social Psychology. 94 studies; d = 0.65.
The format

The smallest intervention
that actually works.

RESET15™ is a live, 15-minute guided session delivered online — embedded into fixed points in the working week. No preparation, no cameras, no discussion. Employees join quietly, reset through guided breathwork and attention techniques, and return to work on time.

Available isn't the same as used. RESET15™ is scheduled, not optional — which is precisely why it works.

15
Short
Fits without disrupting output or requiring calendar negotiation.
Live
Not on-demand
A fixed point creates rhythm. On-demand content requires motivation at the hardest moment.
Off
Cameras off
No sharing, no discussion, no performance. The session asks nothing beyond presence.
Repeatable
Same structure, same time, same outcome. Consistency is the mechanism.

What RESET15™ is not

What it is

Built from the inside of what sustained effort actually costs.

In 2019, at 25, Jack Faint was diagnosed with a grade 2 oligodendroglioma — a slow-growing brain tumour in his occipital lobe. The prognosis was 10 to 15 years. The question it forced was not something a prognosis could answer.

He spent the following years trying to understand what it means to sustain effort when you can no longer pretend time is endless. That inquiry took him through breathwork, nervous system science, endurance sport, and a decade in the pressure of enterprise sales — environments where output is expected to be continuous and recovery is treated as optional.

In 2025, he completed a world-first 3,800km run across India in 74 days — while living with that diagnosis. The run was not a statement about toughness. It was a study in what structured recovery inside sustained effort actually looks like in practice.

RESET15™ came from that. Not from a market gap analysis, but from years of direct experience — athletic and professional — of what happens when people are asked to give everything without being given anything back.

How it works
01
Pilot call
A 30-minute conversation to understand your team's context, confirm fit, and agree on session timing. No proposal process. No procurement committee at this stage.
02
12-week pilot
2 live sessions per week at fixed times chosen by your team. Attendance is optional and uncounted. No internal management required. Ends cleanly if it is not working.
03
Annual contract
If the pilot creates a rhythm the team values, it continues on a 12-month subscription. Easy renewal, easy exit. Built for trust, not lock-in.

Predictable cost.
Measurable rhythm.

Pricing is per organisation — not per head. Keeps admin simple and ensures the whole team can access every session without creating a barrier to participation.

Custom pricing available for larger organisations and multi-team rollouts. All pilots include a clean exit clause.
